I planned to jump back on board this week too. I actually haven't gained back the weight i lost after the last stint but i still have weight to lose. I was planning on fasting Wednesday and Friday as they work out the best for me not to be tempted by food.Okie dokie. After a long hiatus, I'm back on the wagon baby!
