Even though I completely fasted for the entire day today, I think I may have gone slightly over the 500 calories with dinner and a coffee. I made the spaghetti Bolognese and even though I only had a small serving, the packet of pasta noodles says it's approx 360 cals per serve, to which I added the meat sauce (lean mince, carrots, mushrooms, passata etc) and a sprinkling of parmesan cheese.
To make up for it I went on an almost 2 hour walk afterwards
I came home craving something sweet and also coffee and caved, having a butterscotch latte (Nescafe brand, only 70 cals) so I'm pretty sure I'm over 500 :/ But hopefully not by too much!
