Starting this today, hopefully I can stick it out D:

Plan on fasting Mondays and Thursdays, though as I'm counting my calories today, I realize on a normal day I eat way more than 2000cals /: no wonder I haven't lost any baby weight.

    Fingers are x'd!

I'm fasting again today and have found it particularly easy, for some reason I haven't had an appetite all day so it hasn't been a problem. All I've had is water so far.
For dinner I'm making spaghetti Bolognese using extra lean mince and brown pasta. I'm hoping a small serve won't be over 500 cals?

I'm fasting today too. Going well, but really struggling to drink water for some reason. I've only just finished 600ml and it's 4pm! Whoops.

    Having an omelette for dinner.

I lost 1.1kg last week! Makes it a total of 6.9kg lost in just under 7 weeks. Feeling so good 😊

I wouldn't think a small serve would be over 500 cals but I'm not sure. If you put the amounts into MyFitnessPal it will tell you how many calories you're eating.

Glad you're not finding it too tough - and I agree with your earlier post that knowing you can eat relatively 'freely' the next day makes it sooo much easier to fast! Haha

Does anyone just have the one meal a day? As in just dinner for 500cals?

Yup. I just have water all day then chicken with salad for dinner (around 300-350kcal depending on size of chicken breast). Means I can then have a small pudding as well :-)

I am doing my first fast day today. It hasn't been too bad - I have had about 450 calories so far. Planning some strawberries after dinner. Not sure how I would go fasting all the way until dinner though....I definitely needed something by early afternoon!
