Subbing. Been doing a bit of reading today and thinks I will give it a go.
My hubby has been doing this diet for a few months now with fantastic results with him being vegetarian the rest of the family take the opportunity to have a meat based dinner on his fast days - win win for all of us when I stop breastfeeding I'll be giving it a go too good luck everyone
Hi guys. I'll join too, I have been doing a bit if research over the last week and hubby and I are both keen to start. We've started by cooking some low cal meals to try but haven't actually started with the fast days yet. We both do have around 10kgs to lose, but are really keen on the health benefits long term. I'm still struggling with the concept of not getting too hungry but most of all because I'm totally addicted to skinny lattes and can't go without one when I first wake up, so I've already consumed 25% of my daily allowance on a fast day!!!
Love love love to hear what everyone eats on their fast days - maybe this thread can be a little library of sample 'fast day meal plans'!

As you know from the other thread, I'm on board! Can even see a few benefits just after the first week! I'm 3.3kgs down and my stomach is slightly less bloated... yay!
Fast days are a bit of a struggle but I'm hoping with time they become much easier.

I did this last year and lost 20kg over 4 months. Going to jump back on board and lose another 20-30 kg hopefully
