I've just done my 3rd fast. I don't think I've lost anything but AF is due so I cos be retaining water. Here's hoping lol! I think I may have been eating a bit too much on feast days though, according to the TDEE calculation I should be having only 1700, not 2000. So I'm going to watch the portion sizes, ride the deceased appetite wave ha ha

I've made it through my fast day. Phew. Note to self - don't fast when you know the day is going to be intense 😫

Oh no I've fallen off the bandwagon.....
Still did my fast days but have gorged in food and wine the other days! No loss this week (surprising) but I do feel my body shape is changing? Weird. Am measuring cm too and no real change, 0.5cm off waist.
I think I really have to step up exercise, eat better on non fast days as this is what's causing my problems. The fast days are getting easier and I can stick to the 500 kcal no problems, it's the rest of the week that's hard!
How's everyone going? Anyone brave enough to fast on weekends?

@RenovatorMum I fell off the band wagon last week and had a 1.5kg gain.
You're lucky to not have put anything on!

I'm back on track this week, have done both my fast days and have eaten very healthily on feast days. I've managed to lose last weeks gain and then some.. am down 3.2kgs this week. Yay!

Have lost 5.9kgs overall since starting 5:2 and 5cm off my waist. I still have a long way to go (27kgs according to my track your weight app) but I am finally making some progress afters years of carrying all this excess weight around.

Hey guys, fell off the wagon a bit the last couple of weeks. Was doing well and feeling great but then had to suddenly fly interstate as my grandma got sick. All is well now and I'm back home but put back on what I'd lost and feeling very bloated. Lots of stress, take away dinners and wine. Have been eating well the last few days since being back home and will start fasting again on Monday. Will try and fit in 3 fast days over the next few weeks to kick start things again. Hope everyone else is doing well 😊

Worst eating day at camping yesterday! We've just got home. Today will be a normal eating day and tomorrow a fast day.

I haven't weighed myself yet. Think I will this coming Saturday - that will be 2 weeks since I started. I can see a difference though, I reckon I've lost at least 1kg.

    Hope you are all well.

    How's everyone going?

Fast day today. It's gone well. I had a really hungry patch at around 3pm but feel ok now. 😊
