Gah I am struggling today. So hungry. I held off until 1pm, couldn't wait any longer. I was fine doing my first fast on Friday! Think it's going to be a long arvo/evening.

I've kinda been slack the last few weeks and got on the scales this morning and my weight has gone up 2kgs. Time for me to get very serious about this, i dont want my weight to go up. I've been good today but I will have a fast day tomorrow and then again on Thursday

I lasted until 2pm, are you feeling any better now @teenie? I've been picking at the lamb roast I've done for dinner, I'm sure I've hit the cal limit by now.

Does anyone else spend the fast day dreaming of the yummy stuff they will eat tomorrow? Lol

I do, but then I never eat it because I don't want to ruin my hard work and my appetite is always so decreased. Kind of sucks! Haha I miss my treats :P

Well I made it through the day! Mid to late arvo was horrible, but I felt better tonight. Am hungry now but am going to sleep. Glad tomorrow's not a fasting day! And yes, I think about tomorrow and the fact that I can eat when I want!!!

Yup! Lol I just went out and did a grocery shop just so I could buy some ice cream. I always feel bad eating the day after a fast day cause I think about how well I did and figure I should just do it all the time lol

I've signed up to the 5:2 site on the internet and downloaded the exercise app too. Hoping this will help me stay motivated and on track. So starting tomorrow I'm exercising regularly and eating better. I'm fully committed

    In the papers this morning:

    https://au.news.yahoo.com/thewest/a/...ep-waist-slim/

They said there was no overall difference in daily calorie intake, but the participants fasted 8pm-12 noon.
