    Hi all,
I fasted OK on Friday, a few cheats but lost 500g. Then over the weekend we were down at the beach (Barwon heads), so it was hard to stay on track those feast days.

My fast day will be Tuesday.

Although that might not be true anyway , if it doesn't work that way for you @3bubbys!
My dietitian always told me you should weigh yourself after you first pee but before you eat. She said that was your truest weight as it not affected by what food you have eaten. Therefore the most reliable to see if you have lost or gained.

Yes that what I reckon too @anewme! When I did weight watchers before my wedding, it used to pee me off no end - I'd have a nice neat weight at home but be 2kg heavier at the meeting.

I always do it the way your dietician recommended, dh can go get stuffed!

I am! I had a terrible week last week. Had so many assignments due that I was doing last minute in typical fashion. Attempted a few fast days buy always caved by dinner time. So last week was a write off and a 1.5kg gain so hopefully this week I can rectify that.
