Well first steps today for me. I've recorded everything I've done so far in my fitness app. Thinking Monday for my first fast day. I love food so hoping I cope!
Just stopping in quickly before the mad rush to get everyone ready for school to say -
I lost another 1.4kg!!! Omg I am SO stoked!
That's a total loss of 4.6kg in just under 4 weeks
Quick question about weigh ins, what day do you pick? I'm tempted to weigh on the day after a fast day lol but that's kinda cheating isn't it?!
No way! I always weigh in after a fasting day! Lol
Friday is my day. I figure it doesn't matter what day you pick it all evens out in the end. It might only make a difference the first week, but after that I don't really see how it would matter ..
I am one of those silly people that like to weight everyday, lol
Here's an example of what it looks like:
Fast morning (Tue)- 64.4
After fast / feast 1 (Wed)- 63.3
After feast 1 (Thu) - 63.3
Fast morning (Today)- 63.6
Im petite in height and want to lose another 2.5 - 3.5kg
Hi girls. I'm thinking of joining you . I only want to lose about 4kg. I just can't get motivated to shift it and it's doing my head in. I'm really active (run everyday and am a dance teacher) so I've got the exercise covered. I've been reading along and am hoping this is something I can do! My only drama is that I don't want to fast on the days I teach. That means that I may have to fast 2 days in a row. What do you guys think about this?
