What are you eating on your fast days?

I'm keen to try this too, also because I read that on fast days the body uses it's energy to repair damaged cells (instead of digesting food) therefore reducing the risk of diseases such as cancer.
I have a history of eating disorders too like one PP said, does that mean I shouldn't try this?

I don't think it's necessarily bad if you do have a history, but i get obsessive very quickly and my dr (he's currently helping me lose weight and I doing really well without the obsession because the only rule I have is maintaining 10,000 steps a day rather than food based rules) doesn't believe for me personally It's a good idea, it doesn't take much to tip me over the edge of crazy haha

Hi all, can I join you on this thread? I lost quite a bit of weight doing 5:2 a few months back, but I've been a bit slack lately. I keep forgetting I'm on a fasting day and stuffing a cookie in my mouth, haha!
My days are Monday and Thursday :-)

Hi everyone! I hope you all don't mind me joining this thread?

I've just decided to go for it and my first fast day will be tomorrow. I'm hoping to do two in a row, but will see how I feel.

My weigh in days will be Mondays - fingers crossed for some results!
