Hi all, today was a fast day for me. I haven't had one in a little over a week. It was ok, I didn't really count calories, just had an instant hot choc (the ones with water), cup a soup, apple and bowl of vegetable soup. I was going to snack on something light this evening, but I'm hiding in the laundry. (I'm ironing and slightly p!ssed of with Dh and ds1 over minor stuff, everyone just gave me the sh!ts today!) lol, excuse my French, just having one of those days.

Lost another 1.4kg this week and haven't been able to do as much exercise due to shin splints. Loving this diet! Down to 79kg now :-)
Thank you just hoping it continues! Do people find they tend to plateau at any specific point so I can prepare myself?

OK so I've had a read through and I think I will try this. If you gals don't mind me jumping into this thread I'd love the support! I don't want to buy the book, I'll get it out of the library when a copy comes free so... am I right in saying that I just eat less than 2000 cals 5 days a week and 500 cals the other two days?
I saw Mosleys documentary about the fast diet earlier in the year and I like him, he's so enthusiastic isn't he?!

www.thefastdiet.co.uk when I started 2 weeks ago though. What you've said is pretty much it though. I use myfitnesspal which suggests I sit at around 1600kcal but I don't worry too much about going over on my normal days cause of my deficit on fast days. The only proper strict calorie counting I do is on my fast days.
