I think AF leads to a bit of fluid retention so it's probably why you didn't experience a loss.

I'm struggling with the exact same thing. I have 2 massive assignments, and a smaller one all due next week. Right now I have homework due tomorrow that I need to do. I usually like to eat while studying, not necessarily junk food, but just graze on whatever. I'm trying to substitute in drinking green tea instead but it's just not hitting the spot unfortunately.

Try a miso soup? Or a small amount of hummus with a carrot cut up?

Well done, my scales also say I'm down another 700grams, but they'll probably go up again tomorrow

Well today I am fasting. I haven't been that good per the last few days as we had dd8 party and there has been junk food everywhere and I couldn't help myself.
I'm back today and very committed.
I've had an egg for breakfast, am planning a banana for lunch and for dinner I have a small lamb steak, salad and a few chips.

Good going everyone! My weigh in is tomorrow so we shall see how my week has gone.
Fasting day for me. I'm not at all organised so I'll be in the fridge and pantry trying to figure out what I am allowed to eat! Argh. Must be more organised and have my fast day foods all sorted so there is no temptation.
Pants seem a bit looser though today? Hopefully it's a sign. I'm taking measurements too so will see if there's a reduction.

I'm fasting today as well. So far I have had a green tea for breakfast and now I am having a mandarin and a sugar free redbull cause I am so so tired... stupid daylight savings!
Will have to figure out something for dinner as well. Might have to stop by the shop on the way home.
My weight was down 1.8kgs after my last fast day (Tuesday), went back up 0.3kgs after yesterday's feast day. So still a nice 1.5kgs down for this week so far. I'm still weighing and logging my weight pretty much every morning. It's interesting seeing how much it fluctuates even overnight. Overall I'm down 4.8kgs since I began.
I think I should really have an official weigh in day... maybe Tuesdays as that's the day I started 5:2.

Are many others having a fast day today?

@HarvestMoon I do my weigh in on Fridays.
So far today all good. Haven't eaten anything, all I've had is water with lemon and a diet coke.
I went and bought some rice paper wrappers and will make some rice paper rolls for lunch and dinner yum for 4 wrappers is only 100 cal without fillings but I will only put veg in so won't be much more.
Eta- I got asked just now by my neighbour if I'd lost weight!
