Last night (my feast day) I went out with a girl friend (I hardly go out without kids). Anyway we shared 1/2 a med pizza, eggplant chips and then had dessert at San Churro!
So day is my fast day. I've calculated-
* 1 apple
* Tuna/lettuce salad
* 1 chicken skewer, side cauliflower and carrot
* 1 orange
That's my 500 calories for today!
