    Bummer Maybe you could 'treat' yourself to something small just to get rid of the craving? Or have one treat meal and eat well the rest of the day?

    I had scrambled eggs but on multigrain toast and I only had one slice. Going to gym now, was going to have a rest day but I feel like smashing out a pump class haha.

    I only managed to have 1 fast day this week but weighed myself today and am down 500g 😊
    Going away today till Monday so will try to eat well so I don't put that half kilo back on, and maybe do 3 fast days next week. 4kgs to go

    I'm not on this diet 100% but am aiming to do this as a lifestyle choice rather than short term. I fasted today. I can only fast as in eat nothing at all because then I'll want to eat normally and probably eat too much. I fasted from the time I woke up till 6:30 which was dinner time. Had bbq chops, coleslaw, corn and potatoe.

    Will attempt another fast day on Monday.

    Well I've only been doing this a week, so 2 fasts and I can see a difference. My bloated stomach is much flatter! I'm only down 1kg but a loss is a loss!
    I didn't even eat well in my feast days - I may have gorged on some fast food?
    Congrats to those who have succeeded in the fasts this week! I'm hoping next weeks fasts are a bit easier. I plan on having my fast day foods all ready to go planned out, so I'm not hovering in the kitchen looking for something low cal to eat.
    If anyone is on my fitness pal, there is some great 5:2 message boards with loads of success stories, recipes, plans etc.

    A lot of people on my fitness pal have a lot of success with fasting 2pm - 2pm. So having a very early dinner as such or a late lunch, then fasting the 24hours. I'm thinking I might try this next week.
