    Will search for recipes thanks
The other day I had zoodles with a splash if maple balsamic dressing and fresh coriander. It was nice but I need some variation I think.
I also had 2 corn cruskits with half a tin of lime and chilli tuna for 72 calories.
So far today I've had a cup if tea and water. I just did a 30 min workout too and feel pretty good - so far anyway but it's only 9ish in the morning.

Can I join this thread? I just posted lamenting my lack of time to excercise and my 9kg weight gain since have my first 7 years ago.
I have tried this a few months ago but I was breastfeeding then and it affected my milk supply. I'm still feeding but only two feeds a day for comfort more then anything.
I only want to loose 5kg though - most of what I have read about this diet is great success for people trying to loose a lot of weight. Anyone had success with just a few kg and no excercise? It's always the few kg that are the hardest to loose and I want to excercise but time and injuries get in the way.
    5kg! It's nothing! But it's so much

I found the best zoodle recipe, seriously..

    For the sauce:
1/2 tb of tamari or soy sauce
    1/2 tb of water
1 tb of natural peanut butter ( no added sugar, salt, etc.)
1/2 tb of apple cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp of sesame oil
    1/2 a red chilli
A couple of gloves of garlic
And about a tsp of freshly grated ginger.

I tried another last night, wasn't as good but was ok...
It had grape tomatoes tossed in oregano, salt and a little oil, baked in the oven.
Then the sauce was just some lemon juice, lemon zest, and garlic.

Have a look on yummly. There's quite a few zoodle recipes and they generally have the nutritional information broken down as well.

On my first ever fast day today! So far just had water but I might have a corn cracker thing at lunch time. I'm keeping my calories for dinner :-)

    That looks amazing!

I just had my dinner: an omelette with a teensy bit of cheese, tomato and baby spinach. It was not pretty so no photos! Lol

Today was a little tough, took the kids out to the shops and was tempted to buy junk for the first time since starting last Monday. I survived though

Ready for weigh in tomorrow ..
