The other day I had zoodles with a splash if maple balsamic dressing and fresh coriander. It was nice but I need some variation I think.
I also had 2 corn cruskits with half a tin of lime and chilli tuna for 72 calories.
So far today I've had a cup if tea and water. I just did a 30 min workout too and feel pretty good - so far anyway but it's only 9ish in the morning.
