I'm biting the bullet and having a go with this starting 1st October. Decided I'm going to fast on Thursdays/Mondays. Really not sure how I'm going to go but I reckon if I just don't bother eating until dinner I should be alright. Should make me drink more water which will also be a huge benefit!
I'm 170cm and 81kg. What kind of weightless can I expect/hope for? (I know it isn't a definite I'm just looking for people with some experience to motivate me lol)
