That's what I noticed almost straight away, my stomach was slightly deflated which is awesome as I have the kind of fat, protruding stomach that has people convinced I must be pregnant and of course embarrassingly ask when I'm due.
I'm fasting Mon & Wed as well and maybe Friday.
Overall I am 4.6kgs down since starting last week. I guess I can expect to go back up a bit over the weekend as they are my feast days but I am still happy with the result so far as I haven't exercised and have had a couple of binge days in there.

I know the plan says to eat normally the other five days (up 2000 calories) but I'm planning to try to and stay between 1200-1600. I was successful yesterday and even went out for lunch with DH and DS1 and then we had take away for dinner. I had Nando's paella and a piece of corn which was super filling and only about 400 calories all up.

I'm really worried about putting it all back on during my feast days though. Really have to step up and do some exercise I think!
I think it's normal for your weight to fluctuate a lot. After my first fast day I was down 4kgs but after the feast day I was back up 3.5kgs. Overall I am still 4.6kgs down since starting last week.
If you want to ramp it up a bit, you could always do 4:3 or alternate day fasting.

I find after a fast day my appetite seems to have dissappeared somewhat and I probably eat less as a result. Has anyone else notice that?

On the fast days? I try to go for mostly fruit and veg as you get more for your calorie limit.
I've taken to eating mostly salads as my dinner. Salad wraps on mountain bread (69 cals each), zucchini noodles with a satay kind of asian sauce worth 116 cals. I'm on a bit of a mission to find some more low cal tasty recipes.

For snacks during the day I tend to go for fruit (100g of watermelon is 30cals), 13 wholegrain sakatas are 101 cals, 2 cornthins is 46cals, 2 rye cruskits is 44 cals, 20g of hommus is 32 cals, a serve of marmite is 8 cals and vegemite is slightly more... there is a few examples of what you can do for not too many cals. Does that help at all?

I'm fasting Monday. Will most likely have a coffee for breakfast(60cals), tuna salad with lots of lettuce, some grated carrot, cucumber, tomato and a little French dressing for lunch(120cals), then a small serving of whatever I cook everyone else for dinner. At the moment planning roast chicken and veg so will have a small piece of chicken and load up with as many veggies as I can(300cals) Then sugar free jelly for dessert(7cals) 😊

I'm fasting tomorrow as well. Not too sure what I will be eating as I tend to make it up as I go.
Will have a green tea for breakfast (0 cals) and hold out for as long as I can. If I start to feel a bit lightheaded or shakey, I'll have some fruit or crackers to make it through to dinner. Will have a salad wrap or maybe some zucchini noodles for dinner. Probably a few more cups of green tea throughout the day as well.

    I'm fasting tomorrow also.

Planning to have a coffee when I wake up and then maybe some fruit when I get hungry later on. Dinner will most likely be a two egg omelette with spinach, cherry tomatoes and a sprinkle of lite cheese, but I'm really keen to try the cauliflower soup someone posted above (I forget who - sorry!) so I may make that instead if I feel motivated

ETA: Will also have something after dinner - either a diet mousse, paddlepop or one square of Lindt dark chocolate.
