Has anyone tried this and had success? I saw it on TV the other day and have done some research since then and it sounds relatively simple. Restrict calories to 500 on 2 day per week of your choosing and eat normally (around 2000 cal) the other 5 days. I have a lot of weight to lose and this sounds like something I could do. Love to hear any stories of success or failure and if anyone is willing to join me in giving it a go I'd love that too.
