My name is Mei and I am currently a 4th Year Nursing and Midwifery student at Deakin University in Burwood.
As part of our course we are required to follow 5 pregnant women through their pregnancy, from antenatal through to the postnatal period. Labour and brith is completely optional and up to the parent to decide.
This program allows us as students to gain a better understanding of pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period first hand while offering women continuous support and information.
My role is to accompany you to your appointments antenatally and to visit you in hospital postnatally. During labour and birth I can offer great support as a support person but it is not compulsory at all.
I would love to hear from you if you are between 28 to 35 weeks pregnant and am willing to answer any questions that you may have.

Thank you for your time!
