Default Anyone want to try and interpret my U/S report?

Had an ultrasound on Friday but won't see my doctor till Wednesday and I have no idea what it really means. Scan was done due to low hcg for my dates, but possibly incorrect dates. Does anyone know what 'tiny cystic spaces' in my endometrium could be? Thanks for any interpretation! ImageUploadedByThe Bub Hub1410681344.396307.jpg

I'm definitely no medical professional but it looks all normal to me for a very early pregnancy.

Thanks for that I know it's not the same as getting a medical professional to examine it but just thought some of the terms on it might be similar to others U/S reports

    I'm a nurse, I can read it.
It's recommending a repeat progress us in a week or two.

Thanks, I have another one booked for Friday. It's mainly the 'tiny cystic spaces' I'm concerned about. I know the lining/corpus luteum can be early pregnancy but I have no idea about the spaces....

Cyst spaces can be quite normal in early pregnancy. It's what keeps up your progesterone until the placenta takes over. The thickening of the uterus happens in early pregnancy as you know, the ultra sound report says it can't see a sac yet but with very early preg you won't see it until your b-HCG gets higher.

How far along do you think you might be? I don't want to worry you but I don't like the sound of "markedly abnormal appearance of the endometrium" in terms of the likelihood of a normal pregnancy progressing...
Did the sonographer say anything to you or tell you to see your doctor again soon?

Hi moose, don't worry about worrying or upsetting me, I just wanted honest opinions

When I had the scan done I was going by my last period and assuming I was 5 weeks 3 days. My hcg came back as 45 which was why my GP sent me for the ultrasound. The sonographer asked me a lot of questions about my cycle and whether I could have my dates wrong. There's no question about my last period date, BUT I do ovulate very late in my cycle. I found a due date calculator that goes by ovulation date instead and it changed my EDD, so that I was 4 weeks 2 days when I had the scan done.

I know there's still a chance it could all end badly, but I'm hoping with my changed dates my HCG and scan results don't seem as bad.

To be honest it's the lack of a gestational sack which worries me. Though I'm not sure when it becomes visible.

Yep me too....I knew I would be too early to see much, but I at least expected a sac
