    Interesting reading the blood type diet. O's function best on high protein, low carb diets with fruit such as berries and bananas (they are my fav fruits).

    Right before I fell with this bean I lost a dress size in a month and felt the most fabulous in years on a low carb high protein/fat diet and the fat just fell off me.

    I just have to point out that, with regard to the blood type diets, it's NOT supported by evidence.

    D'Adamo claims that it is, but the scientific consensus is pretty much that he's full of it.
