I think we've made the decision to try for 6 months and if nothing happens during that time I'm asking for a referral straight away. 6 months is enough in my opinion to determine if I'm going to fall naturally.

I'm actually quite scared of going through the process again I keep thinking back how much heartache went into conceiving the first time.

I'm back again and have an update. I stopped the pill at the end of last month, my period is late by 3 days and I wasn't feeling myself so took a hpt and got a positive result. I'm in absolute shock was not expecting this to happen so quickly. I've booked an appointment with my gp for Tuesday morning so hopefully I'll have blood test confirmation by Wednesday. Trying to keep level headed because it's early days.

    Congratulations and Good luck
I tried for 8 years for our first, 5 months after her birth we fell with our second (never thought it'd happen after taking so long with dd1), so I think there is something to the theory
