Default Help with TMI CM question

Sorry way TMI but need some help! The last couple of days I have had a huge increase in this really watery CM which looks like ovulation CM. I get so much in such a short space of time in goes through my liners really quickly and I am forever changing liners and trying to keep myself dry (so gross, sorry). Is this normal at this stage? (37 weeks).

How fast has it been soaking through your liners and how long has it been going on for?

I'm 38 weeks and have noticed an increase of cm but I'm not soaking through liners. Could it be your waters or plug?

I would get it tested for amniotic fluid. I had so much discharge but still not as much as you are describing.

hmm, well it soaked through one last night and then overnight big time soaked through the new one and in my undies (yuck), I thought I had wet myself in my sleep but there was just a huge amount of this discharge when I went to have a look.

I have lost my plug over last weekend and Monday (told middy on Wednesday and she confirmed it would have been), then its turned into this watery stuff? Is it more plug? I wouldn't have thought waters as she told me it would trickle out down my legs or gush and that's not happening. But honestly I have no idea! It's been going on since probably Wednesday night but its increased a lot since then.

I'd probably go to the GP and get it checked for amniotic fluid.

I was like that with my second pregnancy.
And I was told that my baby will come soon and she did. I had watery discharge for weeks before birth I thought I was leaking fluid.
    Which is possible as well.
You should to to the hospital and let the midwives know. They will make you put on a pad and see just how much. You could be leaking amnio fluid slowly.

Thanks ladies. I ended up at the hospital anyway to check on bub as he hadn't moved much today and I was getting concerned. All ok, and I asked them about the cm while I was there and was told it was normal. She said lots of women do think it's their waters but it will leak all the time if it is (stopped during the day and started up again tonight - heaps of it again so wondering if things are moving along?). Fingers crossed bubs comes soon (next weekend would be ideal!).

Hi girl, we are twinnies! I've been losing plug for 2-3 days and yesterday afternoon (38 weeks) I started leaking a very watery clear fluid that soaked my undies. I rang the hospital and the MWs told me to come in- they tested my urine, pad and swabbed me and turns out it wasn't amniotic fluid. She said I am in good pre labour. I still think bub is a few weeks away if I left him to go naturally, but here is hoping he proves me wrong! Glad your bub is going well- the race is on!

Had another antenatal class this morning and the middy actually mentioned it, saying it's a good sign labour is on the way. Come on bubby! @Lilahh don't think this week is my week but who knows!!
