    Default Not a great week so far..

    Haven't had much to post this week, been really sick and have had a few horrible things happen to shake this week up a bit.

    Haven't done a great deal of exercise, planned anyway, plenty of incidental, but am way below my calorie count which feels awful. Just can't handle eating much at the moment.

    Hopefully I feel better soon and can get back to cooking the delicious recipes!
