Default Who has a fairy door?

The fairies moved in overnight. Two fairy doors appeared in our house and DD was so excited. Now we have made a letterbox so they can exchange correspondence.
Who else has resident fairies? Any ideas on how often we should expect to exchange letters? Don't want to overdo it. What have your fairies gotten up to?
Currently our fairy doors are homemade from cardboard, silver and gold paint and glitter glue. The fairies are a bit skint at present and will renovate as budget allows .

We don't have one but DH is making one for dd
I live the idea!!! They are so sweet.
DH will be making a small recess in the wall so you can open the tiny door and there is a place to put things, the idea is for the fairy to leave little surprises (like a small flower etc) inside the door and dd can do the same.
I wish I had one as a child!!

Fairy door! Great idea... It actually reminded me I need to order an elf on a shelf for Christmas.
