    Default Breaking lease question

We need to break our lease as the house is not suitable at all.

They said they fixed oven when they haven't and toilet, the bath doesn't empty (takes over 20minues!)

And our neighbours dogs are vicious dig under fence so I can't go outside with dd. I'm in QLD wanted to know do I continue pay rent until they find new owners, someone told me they didn't in qld just the 2 weeks notice and gst if that's case we won't be able afford mve
