    Rice cakes with avocado or nut butters
    Veggie sticks with dip
    Mini falafel balls
    Frittata ( egg and veggies)
    Grazing plate - olives, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, cheese , capsicum,
    Yogurt pops ( yogurt blended with fruit and put in ice block moulds - great for summer)
