    Then as i walked out, it was very surreal when the receptionist said "Well, thats it!! We wont see you again before the birth. Good luck!!!"

    This time next week, regardless of if i get to attempt a VBAC, or have a repeat Csect...I WILL BE HOLDING MY BUBBA!!!
    Omg so exciting. Really not long at all now

    Default Pregnant after miscarriage - thread #2

    @sammymac, sorry about your MC and wishing you all the best for this pregnancy. It's common to get serial hcgs, I chose not to because I've seen so many friends stress about the numbers, but others find it reassuring. Do whatever you think will make you feel best.
    Omg @shadowangel0205, so excited for you!!!

    @sammymac welcome back again hun!
    67 for 3w5d is great! I had 68 this time at 4w3d!
    My GP Refused to repeat the bloods even though i asked too, as i wasnt bleeding or having cramping, but alot of the time doctors do it to see that levels are increasing appropriately.
    I hope this one is your sticky bubba!

    Thanks ladies :-) I'm a little anxious about it, because silly me took another digital test today and it still said pregnant 1-2.
    My first bloods were taken on monday, and my doctor wants me to have them done on saturday and call monday for the results. I honestly can't wait that long so I figure I'll have the bloods done tomorrow and get the results saturday morning. After 4 days, I think I'd expect it to be around the 200 mark?
    Even though the last pregnancy wasn't that long ago, I actually feel different this time. I'm more nauseous and I've already got about 10 tiny pimples on my forehead haha
    I've completely given up caffeine (including chocolate!!!). I'm eating really well. I'm very picky with what food I eat too! Trying to eat heaps of veggies too. Today I had a 'risotto' made with quinoa, broccoli, zucchini, kale, and pumpkin.

    Oh you are not being rude sammy. You've got a lot going on in your mind.

    I honestly didn't find my blood tests comforting after my mc. My doc only did the one and sent me for a dating scan, which was what we needed.

    I'm so glad it's the weekend.

    Hope blood tests are all ok Sammy.

    I have my morph scan on Wednesday. Having a mini internal freak out that things won't be good, my bump is quite small so surely that means baby is tiny and not right (says my irrational self, I know this is rubbish!!). Just trying to imagine the moment they tell us the sex of this little one, I'm bursting to know!
