19 week scan today ladies and foetus measured 6 days behind when compared to my 12 week scan. Everything else was fine and it was moving around etc. I'm pretty depressed and I'm terrified of losing this baby, especially so late in the game

Sally, hope it's all ok for you. It seems like you've had bad news almost every step of the way, but bub is still there and healthy - you've got a fighter!! What's the plan now? Repeat scan?

Copied here from another thread as I can't stand to write it twice:

Chat with the specialist did not go well. Turns out they suspect a major chromosomal abnormality that has had no indications until now. Had an amnio and will get the results late next week. I don't see much hope. He basically said that even if this turns out ok we'd have to be prepared to find something out later. I can't believe this is happening. How can something this awful be found out so late?
