Oh yes please, can't wait to find out how it goes.

We sort of saw a heartbeat last time.. It was 93bpm at 9 weeks (bub measuring 6w2d) but the tech said it could have been an echo from my own heartbeat.

Oh well you are in a much better position now that's for sure it's not that many days off keeping fingers tightly crossed for us both

I hope so, I wish everyone could just get pregnant and stay pregnant whenever they wanted. I'll be thinking of you tomorrow.

I'm just worried now because I thought I would be past the stage where I've miscarried before and I'm worried that even though I've seen the bub and a heartbeat I'll miscarry at 6w2d where I did last time. Stresss!!!!!!
Hang in there Tazz, you had a perfectly normal scan. If it wasn't for your history you wouldn't even be worried. With my DS I ovulated a week or so late. I told my gp and sonographer, but, like with you, they wouldn't listen and said baby measured behind. I turned up at my first ob appt freaking out. He asked me when I think I ovulated and when I told him he said I measured exactly right and he changed my lmp on all the forms so people would stop telling me I was measuring behind.

Thanks Sally, it just makes me nervous that their +/- 5 days rule is apparently so strict that they won't have an open mind when I know that I ovulated a little later.

Lily ooh that means you're out of the first Tri! How exciting!

They're too busy being condescending and proving that you know nothing to actually listen. Or, it's policy for anyone who's not a specialist, to go only on the lmp. If you know you ovulated late, then this is a non issue.

when my OB/GP asked about my LMP I actually gave them the date I ovulated minus 2 weeks.
As opposed to my actual LMP.
