I had the same recurrent dream about 25 times last night that I went to my dating scan next Friday and everything was perfect, we heard a strong little heart beat and saw everything. And then I woke up and I'm feeling nauseous!! I hope it's a good sign!

@Sally1981 best of luck for your scan tomorrow.

I'm 6 weeks now, same point as I miscarried last pregnancy. Am panicking that my m/s seems to have given me a break. Not that I enjoy it or anything. No cramping or bleeding so far which is a good sign I guess. But I find myself worrying about a mmc instead. Scan on monday. This is going to be the longest weekend in history.

Thanks LittleM, so nervous! I'm not feeling very confident. Like you I'm also up to the week I miscarried. It was one day after a healthy, normal scan too.

It's funny isn't it, how we think? I'm so pessimistic about me, but I read your posts and I feel so optimistic about you and everyone else on here!
