Okay day here today as well. went for a one hour walk run with one of my friends.
Great tip marigOld about taking the photos, I might do some tomorrow morning

wow Glassgow rose, that lamb and pumpkin salad sounds delicious! Much nicer than what I had for dinner- flavoured tuna and boiled eggs.

Geez the boys and me, I feel exhausted just reading about what you did today. well done!

I sneaky weighed myself this morning and I've lost 0.8kg since Sunday - I'm not going to weigh again until Sunday.

I need to hide my scales so I'm not tempted to pop on them frequently.

Well done @Theboys&me that is excellent!

I think I'm in the "zone" now
Today is going well, so far I've been on an almost 2 hour walk and might even bust out the skipping rope later! Hope I don't break my ankle :/
Breakfast was a piece of wholemeal toast/cottage cheese/rocket & spinach leaves and 2 boiled eggs. That sustained me for close to 5 hours. After my walk I came home and had a diet shake and a small banana. I'm sipping on a coffee now, I don't feel like a meal or anything else for lunch.
Dinner will be either leftover pasta from last night or grilled chicken breast with vegies.
I weighed myself this morning as well and I'm down a kilo on yesterday but I know that yesterday's weigh in must have been wrong and I've carried the bloat from the carbs and wine over the weekend; I can't have lost a kg in a day. I'm doing good, but not THAT good! Can you imagine? I'd be at my goal weight by this time next week, squeeeeee! If only

I can't wait to get out the pram. Baby is 4 weeks today and I'm not supposed to push pram for another 2 weeks!
I'm off dairy so that helps cut the chocolate. I've got 8.5 kg to go I think...
B- Porridge with rice milk and blueberries and honey.
L- Pasta, avocado and chopped tomato for lunch.
    Snack- one biscuit
    D- Unsure for tea...!
Right I'm going to go eat an apple now.

Had such a yummy dinner: grilled chicken breast with cajun seasoning on a wrap with salsa, cottage cheese and lettuce. I would have preferred it with some Greek yoghurt or light sour cream instead of the cottage cheese but it tasted great anyway.

Baby steps here. I didn't drink any soft drink today. I'm counting that as a major win.

Everyone in the house has the flu and we have a major kitchen renovations going on, so I am only able to bbq or microwave. That fact that I didn't eat takeaway or drink coke is as good as I can be at the moment.

    I'll join!!

I was on my big yearly detox after our annual holiday back to France (think baguette, cheeses and lots of wine at each meal). But then I got a BFP!

So not concerned with my weight, just want to eat healthy and just enough to feel satisfied.

Today I had a curried pumpkin and lentils soup. Delicious!! And I don't even like pumpkin. Filled with goodies and really filling.
Tonight was zucchini soup (love it) with bread and cheese. Finished it off with a square of chocolate.
So that's 1,200 kcal for today.

I also make a low calories fried rice with my thermomix. Beautiful food!
The kind that makes you happy to eat healthy
