Feeling in control today, which is a great start for me.
Breakfast: wholemeal toast spread with cottage cheese, topped with a quarter tin baked beans
    Lunch: cruskits with tuna
Dinner: wholemeal pasta with baby spinach, rocket, cherry tomatoes, chorizo and sliced chicken breast. So quick, fresh and easy and was delish!

    Nice work Marigold.

Not so in control here! When I start becoming overwhelmed/stressed out towards evening (often due to very challenging toddler) or my newborn or both! It seems to be a 'hit the pantry' reaction I'm having. Not good!

Have done lots of walking today though...

    How's everyone else going? :-)

Only day two for me, white bread sandwiches for lunch at a customers office, so unhealthy and not even nice!

Whole grain toast and boiled egg for breakfast and lamb and warm pumpkin salad for dinner, cannot wait to eat it.

It's hard with a new born!! Brush your teeth now to avoid more temptation and tomorrow is a new day

I've done really well. Day 3 of sticking within my daily WW points allowance (a little under actually) and did an hour of body pump class, ran through my new gym program with my instructor that I'll start tomorrow and walked up the 2km mountain ... Lots of sweating. I feel really good about it. Plus I've been in my feet all day and now is really the first chance I'll had to sit down.

I've made my lunch for work tomorrow and prepped dinner for when I get home from the gym. I'm finally in a good headspace. Hope it lasts... I was quite horrified at my before shots today. I should've kicked my butt into gear a loooooonnnnnggggg time ago!!!

    My menu today was:

    Breakfast
Oats made with boiling water, sliced banana & mixed spice

    Lunch
Salad and ranch wrap (I know ranch isn't the best but fits in my points)

    Dinner
2 lamb cutlets (fat trimmed) with steamed veg

    Snacks
    Apple
    Boiled egg
    Olives

    Plus tea and coffee
