Since starting my weight loss mission... have dabbled a bit in keeping it clean, 5:2, and raw vegan. Have lost 8 kgs all up, with a heap more to go.How is everyone going in here???
I'm sort of swinging towards adopting a raw vegan lifestyle or Raw to 4 as it's more cost effective. I think it would just be easier as it's about abundance,not restriction as most diets are. So no calorie counting or starvation, which are definite pluses!
