Okay, well, bubs is out and is getting older. Weight is dropping down (of course not as quickly as one would dream!) but at least it is going down. A few more kilos til I am halfway.
Have been healthy eating for a while even though I fell off the wagon for a few weeks about 5 weeks ago. Not horribly, but off the wagon is off the wagon.

Always after meal ideas that are different and yet the kids will still eat them. Looking forward to chatting with you all!

Tonight - morrocan chicken with a little Danish fetta on a salad.

I'm trying to eat less sugar. Now only have 1 sugar in my coffee. And haven't had lollies for a while. Cut down on choc too. Finding that I'm missing something in my day. I'm wanting to consume it by the block. But have controlled myself so far. I'm looking for specials in the supermarket so I can stock up. But nothing interesting at all. I don't like paying full price for chocolate lol.

How is everyone going in here??? I started this thread but it took off from under me and my healthy eating resolution kinda disolved but I'm back on the band wagon!

I'm doing a loose paleo diet, haven't had bread all week (which is a huge deal for me) I had a delicious healthy paleo style dinner and it felt great. Feeling very inspired and motivated!!!

My one big issue that I am still working on is the soft drink.....
