    4th day no sugar...or sugary substitutes. Feeling much better and more balanced, but still wanting to overeat in the evenings. One change at a time. I think I'm doing pretty well for going cold turkey!

    I'm ecstatic, the scales have finally started to move down.
    I followed your advices and increased my food intake a little to maybe get out of starvation mode...

    Dropped 1kg since last weigh in

    We were supposed to go out with friends tonight so I had a really lean day so far...

    Turns out our friends are sick so canceled the plans.

    I have 900 calories left lol! What could I eat that's healthy, filling and yummy for dinner with that much?
    I was thinking maybe a creamy mushroom risotto with chicken?
