Haha! So know this feeling xx

    Sounds like a rough night.

I wonder why she went crazy after her bedtime feed. Do you do it in her room? I have always done bath then into bedroom for dry / dress / feed for both mine. Then after milk feed it is burp then straight into bed. I do it without the lights on at the moment too, trying to set the mood!! Touch wood overall it has worked so far.

I know I had to have words with DH about coming home from work and amping the kids up. I know he hasn't seen them all day but bath onwards is wind down time. Could this be contributing?

So I had a crazy night last night too...

    6.45 - R asleep
    7.15 - DS asleep
7.30 - R needs resettle (no idea - never woken that early!)
    8.00 - do house work a
9.30 - DH home from work, I cook dinner
9.35 - DS falls out of bed onto floor but doesn't wake up!!!
    11.15 - I clean out car (don't ask)
    11.45 - I go to bed
12.30 - door bell goes, it's a neighbour telling us our interior car lights are on (handy otherwise would have been screwed today!)
    1.00 - R awake and I feed
2.30 - DS calls out, can't get his blankets back on, I fix them up
3.30 - dogs wake me up to be let out for the toilet
5.30 - R awake so I feed her and she throws up all over me
    6.00 - R not settling so I tell DH it's his problem
7.00 - DS has done giant poo and only will let mummy change him
7.15 - mummy puts iv line of coffee in her arm and a tonne of concealer under her eyes and pretends to be human!

    Arghhhhh!

I hope that's not a normal night! I'm curious about the car clean but won't ask. You call yourself Bedlover but it sounds like you don't get much quality time with your bed! I would expect you to be in bed by 9 every night. Or perhaps absence makes the heart grow fonder...

Ngaiz re the change of environment, I am housebound all week and we've been told we have to stick to the strict routine for a few weeks. It's a bit of a problem for most of us because of Christmas, so they will be giving us tips this weekend on what to do. I think the main aim at the moment is to turn the new routine into habit.
Also we were told the babies must have some down time before going to bed, so before the 7 pm sleep time you basically do the following:
    bath
    quiet play
    milk feed
    settle to sleep
Bedlover I think you need some Valium too!

Haha! I created my BubHub account when I had just come back from my first EPU. I was lying on the couch and wanted to go to bed but couldn't be bothered walking up the stairs! Seemed appropriate at the time, now it feels like I should change it to "bedoccasionalvisitorbutnotforverylong"!! 😜😄

Re the car: I spilt coffee all through the car (!!!) and so had booked a detailing for first thing this morning but I keep so much cr*p in there so had to clear it out. Prams, toys, nappies, wipes, umbrellas, beach toys, picnic rugs etc had to find new homes!

Everything is now clear. Why you are Bedlover and why you were cleaning out your car in the middle of the night. Yes I think that new name is more appropriate!

Dh just doesn't get it! He's means well though. I've put L for a nap and wanted to continue with the way I've been doing things to get her to sleep. But no, he wants to sing her to sleep playing the guitar. I mean, it's beautiful to watch and listen to but c'mon. He doesn't realize that even though he finds it relaxing it is just providing her with extra stimulation.
