I know all babies are different and all that but also wondering if this routine is ok...

6:30/7am wakes up ( he usually just "talks to himsel in his cot for about 15 minutes)
7ish has a bottle then nappy chance and play
    8:30/9am to 10:30/11am nap
11am bottle then nappy change and play
    12:30/1pm to 2/2:30pm nap
    3pm bottle
    4:30/5 to 5:30/6 bottle
6:30 bath ( though not every night) and bed routine
    7pm bed
    10pm late night bottle

He sleeps through from 10:30/11pm to 6:30/7am most nights.

The routine is more baby-led ( been this way from day one pretty much)

I tried him with rice cereal the other day but he wasn't interested so I've decided to wait and do blw instead..

I really need to know if that's too many naps or even how to combine the last two.. Or just leave it ?

It's been 5 years since I've had a baby so it's all "new" again.

DD 5 months is all over the place! She some days sleeps for 3 hours at a time and some days she only sleeps for 10 minutes!

Is a routine a good idea?

That's very similar to our routine, except she doesn't have the 10 pm bottle. Just one before bed and another one at 7am.
Like you said, they're all different though. Sounds like you're doing an awesome job to me!

DD has 4 x 40 min naps, occasionally she will sleep for 2 hours but very rare. She is my 3rd child and all my kids have been catnappers until they start crawling so im ok with the short naps, she is 100% happy during her awake time so I am too

That's pretty much the same routine as my nearly 5 month old ds except he just has a feed at 6.30/7pm then bed he hates the dream feed and wakes around 3am for a feed.
I go with the flow if he doesnt want to go down for a nap he will let me know!
