    Just to clarify I'm not upset or offended that my manager is getting flowers in her time of loss. Or that it is for the loss of an inlaw.

    I'm just upset for those (myself and others) who haven't been considered and extended the same kindness in similar situations.

    I know the feeling I always organise flowers/cards/gifts for birthdays/deaths/marriages/babies and both when I got married and had my 1st child I got nothing. It was like I wasn't there to arrange it so was forgotten about.
