    Not too sure but I think it might be what it is made with. Real greek yoghurt doesn't have thickening agents such as gelatin or cream only milk (happy to be corrected if Greek style doesn't either). I haven't tried using it in baking myself so I'm not sure if Greek style would suffice, just offering a possible alternative.

    I think Greek yogurt wouldn't work in biscuits so well? Ok in cakes but bikkies I'm not sure. Happy t be corrected though!

    My recipe calls for half a cup of coconut oil or butter. I use 1/4 cup of each to get the flavour of coconut oil without using so much cos it is expensive.
