I'm emotionally and physically exhausted. I've tried everything, but there is no light at the end of the tunnel for me.

@Nomia, I have felt exactly that feeling. Not trying to simplify your feelings at all, but is there any chance of you getting a solid night's sleep? The world can seem a lot more bearable when well rested.

No, I do understand. Unfortunately it's gotten to a place where when I wake up the same life and same problems are still there.

This probably won't help but the old saying 'This too shall pass,' has often got me through times where life's problems seem to overtake.

Nothing is forever, the issues won't always be there.

I couldn't read this and not reply. Huge hugs. Please please please talk to someone about how you feel, if you have a doctor who you trust that might be a good first step. I know how it feels to feel as though everything in life is too overwhelming to face, and it is so scary to ask for help, but it really is worth it. It's hard to give advice without knowing specifics, but there are always solutions/help that is available, you just need to take that first step. Please feel free to PM me if you'd like someone to talk to about whatever it is that you are facing. You are not alone xx
