I will staying in Perth (joondalup area) for a few weeks with my son who is just over 12 months old. Just wanting to know what is around activity wise such as music classes, story time, play centres etc. any recommendations would be great. I have seen there are some great parks and we will take him to beach etc, just after a few other ideas as well

Hi there, I live not far from Joondalup (5mins). There are a few things you can do to keep little ones busy. There is rhyme time and story time at both Joondalup library and Wanneroo library's. Neil Hawkins park in Joondalup also has a great play area. There is 'Go Bananas' play centre which is meant to be great. The Hillarys marina is also a lovely spot to spend the day or afternoon. Then there is always AQWA aquarium of WA down there too. Hope you enjoy your stay!

Great ideas from Team Carts. Rotary park in Wanneroo is also great. I'm pretty sure they have a play area for little kids.
