I have the Menu Plan and have prepared my shopping list. There were a few things that I have changed on the Menu Plan. I just substituted them with something from the recipe section of similar energy value or a smoothie.
It doesn't look like we will be going hungry (DH is joining me), with the Meal Plan allocating 3 meals and 3 snacks per day! The food looks fresh and delicious and I am looking forward to getting started on Monday.
I am hoping this will be the kick start I need to get my health back in order. I have a lot of weight to lose but more importantly I just want to feel better. I am hoping this will help the energy levels and improve some health issues I have been having lately.
