Also ds wanted to get df a new esky so we filled it with his fav daddy drink, lollies, liquorice and the a thermal mug ds also got at the fathers day stall.
We will cook him a big breaky and spend the day doing whatever he likes. Prob go for a good walk in town or a bike ride.

We decided that handmade gifts is what we'll do (easy!) so I've made a handprint out of salt dough, my DD drew a picture (she's 14mo so it's just scribble!) and we turned that into a badge and I let her write in the card. I've got her a Father's Day top to wear so I'll dress her before he gets out of bed for his present.

This year DDs Dad is getting a kind of mechano race car he builds himself and has a motor and eveeything. I came across it in Aus Post.

Next year DD will be a bit older so I'm organising a Daddy + DD day where they go out for breakfast and go see a movie/go to the acquarium or zoo/ice skating. Not sure which yet. Then to a Sri Lankan restaurant for dinner.

School stall gifts from DS1 and 2 and a handmade card from daycare from DD. DH is training for a 35km funrun so tomorrow morning, he is going to run 12kms to where we are going for breakfast, and we'll meet him there.

I feel soooo guilty. My DH is getting a bag of Darrell Lea liquorice and ..... Um yeah, that's it. Both kids have got or made him things at school and kinder but both were sick most of last week so didn't go to school/ kinder so we haven't brought the stuff home. He literally does not want anything though. I might go out and get a 6 pack of boutique beers just so his present doesn't look really poor!
