The kids have their stuff from school and pre-school to give him...I have organised for us to do a mud run together next month (we love them) and as for on the actual day...we'll be celebrating our DD's birthday so DH gets overlooked. He won't even get a nice breakfast or dinner because the whole day is planned for DD (as the activities we are doing are her actual birthday presents from us). Poor DH, he often misses out. I usually try and sneaking something nice in for him but it won't happen this year.

    Oops forgot about my dad😳
NOT a great idea! Please note for next time LoCo - a 5 star hotel suite and a fancy EXPENSIVE restaraunt with a crazy toddler and a crying reflux newborn NOT A GOOD IDEA😣

I must still have major baby brain or perhaps it's permanent now 😳

Oh no! I hope it wasn't too bad and you can have a giggle about it... apart from the expensive side
    It was a lovely gesture.
I haven't organised anything that special for dh from dd and I, if it makes you feel better!

I'm getting DH a coffee machine and the kids will give him the lovely little pressies and cards they've made at school. I've got my Dad (and mum) flights, accommodation and tickets to the Melbourne Grand Prix next year. My Dad (and mum) have been unimaginably supportive over the last rough few months so I want to do something special for him/them.

Haha yeah it was that bad unfortunately.
Every table wanted to kill us at the restaurant so we left without desert as I felt for all those first dates and couples trying to have a romantic dinner.

We got our money back as DH had a quick bet at the casino naughty man. Lucky 🙉

I've never organised anything that expensive before but perhaps I should've done it PRE kids haha

I'm going to tell DH the sex on baby no.2 which I found out on Wed. I bought a onsie in 000 that says Newest MAN in the house. So when he opens it he will know it's another boy which is what he wants and everyone else will know we r expecting. He really wants a boy so he will be ecstatic!!

I got DF the Star Wars bluray box set as he's been introducing DS1 to them lately. DS1 also made him a present at preschool.
