I'm about 4-5 weeks and have also been experiencing cramps. I've had them for about 2 weeks and they feel very similar to bad period pain. From what I've read, they're normal in the first trimester.
I'm currently lying in bed with a heat pack hoping It'll give some relief and help me sleep with it!
Bad cramps as well as a morning where I fainted in the shower.. Hoping tomorrow is much better 💜

This made me feel better. Im first trimester first pregnancy and have been cramping for about 6 days. I thought it was AF on her way turns out I'm pregnant. I went to the docs today and im being shipped off for an ultrasound next week because doc wants to get the due date sorted and make sure everything is where it should be. I was worried the cramping might have been miscarriage starting but this has made me feel better.

This is also my first pregnancy, I'm 4 1/2 weeks I haven't had any cramps but I've got a pulling pain in my left side, every now and then it feels like a bit of a stab - it doesn't hurt but just pulls a lot. I have no idea if this is normal?

Period style Cramps, pulling, pinching, aching, stretching etc are all pretty normal and common. It's only when accompanied by bleeding you need to really be alarmed

don't use a heat pack directly on your tummy. you run the risk of overheating and direct heat on where bub is is not good.

I've been using heat packs for headaches/neckaches but I never put the pack on my tummy

I hv my blood test tomorrow to check my levels. On Wednesday I was in significant pain, today's is just a constant cramp .... I won't freak out unless I have spotting or increased cramping. I've also been getting shooting pain to the left up the entrance to my cervix, what is this?? I saw someone mention ligament pain???
Hi magenta01, I'm 4 weeks, 31 years old, and in Adelaide too! Congrats 😀
