    Default Black tongue!

    Hi everyone,

My 7 month old has a black area on his tongue. He is formula fed and on solids 3 times a day. He has just been through a bout of teething. Has anyone else had an experience with this? What could it be?

I just did a quick Dr Google for you and read that it could be a bacteria which can happen from extra saliva caused from teething.

Maybe a quick trip to the Doctors tomorrow for a check!

Fair chance I am completely wrong!

I hope you sort it out.
