    Water. It is without a doubt my favourite drink. (Plus you can't make coffee without it )

    I always thought prawns were high in cholesterol? I still love em & inhale them but I didn't think they were necessarily the healthiest option.

    I love legumes - a good lentil curry or chickpea salad is the bomb.

    Avocados
    A nice piece of fresh grilled fish (salmon is a fave)
    Grilled chicken
    Green apples, berries, nectarines - most fruit actually
    Salads
    Veges that are steamed lightly so they still have a crunch
    Greek yoghurt
    Raw nuts
    Fresh juice that has loads of ginger in it

    It's a bugger but because of my kidney disease, lots of the healthy things I love are now a no no for me. I love but can't eat/can only eat minuscule amounts of

    All citrus fruits and juices
    Mangoes, pineapple, peaches, nectarines, cherries
    Raw nuts
    Tomatoes
    Leafy green veggies
    Legumes
    Oats, bran, muesli
    Dried fruit
    Yoghurt

    Darn kidneys!
