Default Is my chicken and salmon ok to eat?

I baked a chicken breast and a salmon fillet on Sunday afternoon in preparation for making baby food but have not had a chance until now. They've been covered and in the fridge since.

Are they still ok for my 9 month old to eat?

I was just going to make apricot chicken and salmon in pumpkin purée.

Yes, as long you refrigerated them straight away (not left them on the bench etc) and have kept them covered and in the fridge since, then they should be perfectly fine. Just remember to re-heat till piping hot, but obviously cool down before bub eats! ;-)

No way, and being a Salmon fan myself, I know how exxy it is, so you don't want to be throwing it away if you don't need to, and just quietly, how lucky is your 9mth old getting fresh Salmon in their puree!

It is a bit posh 😄 but I blame his father! We recently went out for lunch and my husband gave DS a taste of the salmon and the look on his face was priceless. He will usually turn his nose up at my cooking and only eat raffertys garden so thought I'd give the salmon a go. Like his mother he has champagne taste 😊
