Sparrow - scan again wed and then I'm tipping EPU on the weekend depending. Very jealous of your lunch and drinks with the girls, I've had to pass up a few invitations this week so it better all be worth it!! Good to hear you're feeling better too, it's all just a time thing isn't it, hugs x

Nurse just called, e2 at 3,100 - never had these kinds of numbers before. She estimates a final scan after this one on wed so a few more days of stimming, maybe the little follies might catch up.

Gosh those are awesome results Kelly, such a difference to your previous cycles!

Oooh Kel! Those e2 numbers are great! We may be looking at EPU jackpot! I can feel it in my waters luv! And given how much fluid retention I've got going on (think Michelin blimp) - that's really saying something 😊. Steady as she goes my lovely, i've got everything crossed for a nice early Xmas pressie for you xx

OK lovely ladies - keen to hear your 2WW advice as it's only been 3 1/2 days and I'm starting to realise how tough this is going to be (yes, I'm counting half days!).

My gut is telling me to not POAS until the end, as the odds are low at my age, so I want to enjoy 'maybe' for as long as possible. I've decided to POAS on 14dpt as I can't get the BT done until 15dpt and results 16dpt. And to be honest, I'd rather not be waiting for a phone call - been down that road with PGD - would prefer to be in control. I'm planning now as I'm going to commit and only buy one test to take overseas with me (not that I couldn't buy more over there, but it feels like a commitment).

Any thoughts or advice? I'm trying to manage my emotions through this process so would appreciate the wisdom of other people's experiences.

@Jem70 - if it was me I would also want to POAS at least the day before BT to have that headsup. Nothing wrong with doing that. My tests were stark white the day or two before BT, so the trigger should be gone by then.

@Jem70 I would POAS the day before test day just so you have the heads up. Have a great time in NYC, even for work it will be fabulous.

Did anyone see Australian Story tonight? A lady fell in love with her anon sperm donor. The best part of the story was that she was 42 when she started the IVF journey.
