I feel for you having to present @Jem70 too - these drugs make my brain slow so I can't imagine having to be sharp in front of a group. You'll get through!! Hopefully you may have a big break altogether from presenting/work!!

Kelly that's no good that the hormones have gotten to you, just keep positive thoughts and know you are doing this for the greater good. The girls lunch sounds good, will be good to get out. I'm feeling the same at the moment, I think we will take the pram out fir the first fine today and get done fresh air. We had our home visit from the healthcare nurse yesterday and Angela is growing well and looking healthy so that's one positive thing.

Hi Jem, Vix, spring rain, scuba, blonde, biscotti and anyone else I may have missed. Hope you are all staying positive with your cycles, pregnancies and babies.

    Mmmm expresso martini ... 😊

Think of the blunt mental skills during a cycle as practice for trying to function during morning sickness ... At about 9 weeks I survived a day on my feet in court when I thought I was gonna projectile hurl onto the judges lap, I figure all those stim cycles gave me some mental fortitude 😊 It's gonna be worth it ladies! Big hugs! Ps - elonva was the only drug that even came close to getting my eggs to the surface ... My only embryo came from an elonva cycle. I'm having winning vibes for this round Kel!

Thanks Vix - funny I guess expectations dive when one is a poor responder - I feel totally neutral and that's probably a good protective mechanism. Odds are minuscule. But let's have a crack anyway. I decided against dating too ladies, really just not something I can add in right now. As Jem said, soon this narrow sliver of a window will be fully closed by age.

Enjoy your girls lunch today. Have a nice glass of red and focus on life for a few hours rather than IVF.

@Kelly70 i think you can enjoy a glass today and just be one of the girls!

So I was thinking about the collective experience today and thought I might throw a new thread of conversation out there - is anyone up for sharing - maybe someone will pick up a tip that could help the,!

ive learned a lot with each obstacle so here are a couple of my big tips:

    I will start:

i added vit e 1200iu, selenium 150mg and zinc 45mg per day, and at least by the improvement in AF this week I'm pretty sure they have contributed to an improvement in my very poor lining.

A dramatic protocol change took me from poor responder to 7 eggs retrieved. But I had to listen to my own symptoms and reactions - the doctors don't do as much as we would hope.

Good idea @Jem70 I'll jump in: I started having maca root everyday until I started stimming. I don't know of it helped the egg situation but I had less pimples, less night sweats on the Synarel and didn't bloat as badly and my PMS symptoms were better. TMI alert but my flow was better and not as clotty. I couldn't find information either way about continuing it once I started the stim so I stopped taking it.

Argh. I went to my girls luncheon and lasted a few hours before coming home, i was feeling crampy and vague and tired. Interesting feeling the crampy bloat so soon, usually took a few days of injections before I felt that on the gonal f and Menopur. Felt fine once at home but now I'm feeling like I felt last night - uncomfortable in my skin. I'm tipping the hgh is not sitting great with me, hope I get used to it. Taken a couple of panadol again.

Okay. I'd forgotten you need to drink a ton of water on these drugs. Think my discomfort was probably dehydration, feeling heaps better after getting some h2O in my system. Night ladies!!

Hope you're feeling better this morning @Kelly70 - weird stuff with the estrogen fir me this month - making me bloated! Everything I touch seems to have triple thee facet of previous cycles. I'm hopeful it's a sign that all the supplements have made my body more receptive - thinking of it that way makes it more bearable!

Shout out to our 2ww ladies @littlesparrow74 and @Biscotti71 the UTD club @Vixjc and @ScubaGal and our new mums @Helsbaby and @BlondeinBrisvegas hope all is going well today.

hi to anyone else I've missed!
